A rich caramel flavour, perfectly ripened and known for their chewy, sticky texture, these Nabot Saif dates are unlike any dates you have had before! Soft, melt in your mouth, they are simply nature's candy!

These dates are usually produced at the end of the date harvest season after September. They are only partially dried and still retain some of their moisture. At this stage of ripeness, they produce their own syrup or what is locally called dibs (date syrup/honey/molasses). They are then vacuum packed to seal in the moisture and retain their freshness.

Our Nabot Saif dates will keep well in their own packets and will keep for some time in an airtight container. If left outside their packets and exposed to air, they sometimes produce sugar crystals which does not affect their taste or quality. Once the pack is opened, tear the dates away from the cluster and serve on a plate, or just enjoy directly from the packet!
